The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. They can sense the left ear, the right ear, a space on the upper right corner, right directly above the mind space centered at the top and outside of the head all together.
These are far from the only symptoms & it’s far more extensive then what people that have never gone through this can imagine.
